What happens after I purchase a design package?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from MLS Design Studio along with a detailed Design Brief. This brief allows us to understand your space, preferences, and how you want your garden to function.
Once submitted, we begin developing your design and guide you through the process step by step.

How will I receive my design?

All design packages are delivered digitally via email. Your final design will be presented in a clear, easy-to-follow format that you can reference during your project or share with your landscaper or builder.

How long does the design process take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the package selected and current workload.

As a guide:
• Landscape Concept Plan: approx. 5–7 business days
• Landscape Masterplan: approx. 7–10 business days
• Signature Landscape Design Package: approx. 10–15 business days. Timing begins once your completed Design Brief has been received.

Do I need to be available during the process?

No — the process is designed to be simple and flexible.Once your brief is submitted, we take care of the design.
If your package includes a consultation, we’ll arrange a suitable time to discuss your project in more detail.

Can I request changes after receiving my design?

Yes, absolutely. If refinements are needed, we can make adjustments to ensure the final outcome feels right for your space.

Is everything done online?

Yes — our process is fully online, allowing us to work efficiently with clients across different locations. All communication and delivery are handled digitally for a seamless experience.

Do you offer urgent or priority delivery?

If you require your design within a shorter timeframe, feel free to get in touch prior to purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Do you ship any physical products?

No — MLS Design Studio specialises in digital landscape design services.All deliverables are provided electronically.
