Depending on the package, this can include a conceptual layout, defined garden zones, planting direction, and guidance on materials and structure — all thoughtfully considered to suit your home and lifestyle.

How does the process work after I purchase?

Once you’ve purchased your design package, you’ll receive a detailed design brief to complete.
This helps us understand your space, style preferences, and how you want to use your garden.

From there, we begin developing your design and keep the process clear and straightforward from start to finish.

Is this suitable if I’m planning to build the garden myself?

Yes — our plans are designed to give you the clarity and direction needed to confidently move forward, whether you’re working with a landscaper or managing the project yourself.

Can I use this design with my landscaper or builder?

Absolutely.
Our designs are created to be practical and easy to interpret, so your landscaper or builder can follow the layout and intent of the design during construction.

How long does it take to receive my design?

Turnaround times can vary slightly depending on the package and current workload, but typically designs are delivered within 1–2 weeks from receiving your completed brief.

Will the design be tailored to my specific space?

Yes — every design is customised to your property.
We take into account your site conditions, layout, and preferences to create a solution that feels cohesive and considered.

Do you include plant selection in your designs?

Planting direction is included in all packages, with more detailed planting layouts and schedules provided in higher-tier packages.

Our focus is on creating planting that suits your space, complements the design, and grows well over time.

What if I need changes to the design?

We aim to get the design right from the beginning through a clear and thorough brief.
If any adjustments are needed, we can refine elements of the design to ensure it aligns with your vision.

Do you offer in-person consultations?

Our design process is primarily completed online, allowing us to work efficiently with clients across different locations.
Select packages include a consultation (phone or video) to discuss your project in more detail.

Is this a construction-ready plan?

Our Landscape Concept Plan and Masterplan provide clear direction and layout for your project.
For fully detailed, construction-ready documentation (including levels, drainage, lighting, etc.), our Signature Landscape Design Package is recommended.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the customised nature of our design work, we’re unable to offer refunds once the design process has begun.
However, we are committed to delivering a result that meets your expectations and will work with you to refine the design where needed.
